Refund Policy
Effective May 2026
Specter is a recurring digital service. The policy below covers refunds for subscriptions purchased directly through us or redeemed via authorized resellers. Resellers may apply their own additional rules — check with them first if you bought through one.
First-day failure
If the Software does not function on your hardware within the first 24 hours of redeeming your key, you are entitled to a full refund. Email support with the order reference and a short description of the failure.
Mid-subscription
Past the first 24 hours, refunds are pro-rated based on the unused portion of your current subscription. The minimum refundable remaining time is 24 hours.
What we do not refund
- Change of mind. If the Software is working and matches the description on this site, we don't refund mid-subscription for "I'm not playing anymore".
- Game-side bans or penalties. Sanctions imposed by game operators are outside our control. We will reasonably review individual cases that fall in an undetected window, but no refund is owed by default.
- Termination for breach. Where we terminate your access for breach of the Terms of Service (resale, abuse, account sharing, etc.), no refund is owed for the remaining subscription term.
- Already-expired keys. A key whose duration has fully elapsed cannot be refunded.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve most issues directly within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is treated as a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
How to request a refund
Email support@spectercs.lol from the address on your account, with:
- your account email
- the key code or order id you want refunded
- a short description of why — we don't need a story, just enough to act on
We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Reseller purchases
Keys redeemed through an authorized reseller may have additional terms set by that reseller. Where the reseller's policy is stricter than ours, ours applies; where it is more generous, theirs does. Contact the reseller you bought from first.
