Terms of Service

Effective May 2026

These Terms govern your use of Specter (the "Software") and the related website, dashboard, and APIs (collectively the "Service"). By creating an account, redeeming a key, or running the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Specter is sold as adult software entertainment and is not directed at minors.

2. License

Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on hardware you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell (outside our authorized reseller program), reverse engineer beyond the limits of applicable law, or use the Software to harm any third party.

3. Subscriptions, keys, and resellers

Access is sold either directly through our dashboard (where supported) or via authorized resellers, who sell time-bound keys redeemable on your account. Each key adds its designated duration to your subscription end date. Subscriptions are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm other players.
• You will not share, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer your account credentials.
• You acknowledge that running third-party software in online competitive games may violate the terms of those games and result in penalties (including but not limited to bans) imposed by their operators. We are not responsible for those penalties.

5. Updates and availability

The Software is delivered as a service. We may push updates, change features, retire components, or temporarily suspend availability without prior notice. We make no uptime guarantee outside any service-level commitment explicitly published on the status page.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or behavior that exposes us or other users to legal or operational risk. Where we terminate you for cause, no refund is owed for the remaining subscription term.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be undetected, error-free, or compatible with any particular game version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted, otherwise in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email to the address on your account. Continued use after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance.
